Q. Can I sell products at my exhibitor booth?
Q. What does my exhibitor space come with?
A. Your exhibitor space will include one table, table skirting, two chairs, and your exhibitor name card. Additional items may be purchased.
Q. What does my exhibitor listing look like in the ShowGuide?
A. Your company listing is an additional way to get even more exposure during and after the event. Full color ShowGuides are provided to each attendee upon arrival at the expo. Below is an example of a company listing:

Actors Tax Prep is a tax preparation firm dedicated to the needs of entertainment professionals. Founded in 1990, we service nearly 1,000 entertainment pros all across the country. Uniquely, we are knowledgeable in tax preparation AND show biz-and we're easy to work with.
Q. What is my company listing on the website?
A. Your company name with a direct link to your online website will be listed on our exhibitor's page online at TheShowBizExpo.com. This is an additional way for your business to get even more exposure before, during and after the expo.
Q. What are Email Blasts?
A. An Email Blast is an opportunity for your company to send an email to your direct target market through our email list of over 15,000+ entertainment professionals. You provide the content to us and we send the email to our list.
Q. How many exhibitor badges will my company get?
A. Depending on the Exhibitor Package you choose will determine how many exhibitor badges you will receive. Exhibitor Badges are required by anyone working an exhibitor space. Additional exhibitor badges may be purchased.
Q. What is an Exhibitor Passport Destination?
A. Attendees are given a passport map with exhibitor "destinations" to visit during the expo. If you are a passport destination you will be listed on this passport (in addition to our ShowGuide) as a premiere destination to visit during the day. When an attendee visits your booth you will stamp their passport to signify that they visited your booth. If an attendee gets stamped by all destinations they are included in our free raffle at the end of the day for great prizes.
Q. What is TheShowBizDirectory.com?
A. TheShowBizDirectory.com is a unique online tool for professionals in the Entertainment Industry to search for vendors and other peers in the industry. For example, you can search for Producers, Costume Designers, Photographers, Writers, Musicians, etc.
Q. What is the Gift Bag and what kind of things can I put in the Gift Bag?
A. Each attendee receives a Gift Bag (sponsored by one of our vendors) upon entering the expo. The Gift Bag is a convenient way for attendees to collect information and free "stuff" from the exhibitors and store in their gift bag to take home. Typical items found in the Gift Bags are: pens, notepads, fliers, postcards, stress balls, key chains, water bottles, DVDs, etc.
Q. Is there access to electrical outlets and/or internet?
A. Yes. Certain Exhibitor Packages include electrical and internet access. You may also purchase electrical and internet access for an additional fee.
Q. What is the Lead Retrieval Barcode Scanner?
A. Every attendee wears a badge with a barcode on their badge. This barcode contains pertinent contact and demographic information that is collected when the attendee registers. As an exhibitor, we provide the added convenience of renting a small handheld barcode scanner that will store attendees' contact information. At the end of the expo, you will be provided with a flash drive containing all of the attendees' contact information that you scanned. This is highly recommended for all exhibitors. You end up with accurate and precise contact information and are able to upload the flash drive directly into your mailing and/or database program. Barcode Scanners may be rented for an additional fee before and during the expo.
Q. What is the VIP Networking Cocktail Hour?
A. At the end of the day we host an elegant networking cocktail reception with an open bar and live entertainment. This is a great end to the day to network, schmooze and build new contacts. Tickets may be purchased before and during the expo.
Q. After I purchase my exhibitor space what happens?
A. Once you complete your exhibitor registration you will receive a confirmation email (along with an Exhibitor Welcome Kit).
Q. Can my company purchase any additional marketing opportunities?
A. Yes. We have a number of exciting ways for your company to get additional great exposure. Please see our list of "Marketing Opportunities" that your company may take advantage of.
