To attend ShowBiz Expo, you must be Registered with one of our badges. Each badge has different networking options that are included (See below chart).

There are many networking opportunities available at ShowBiz Expo. ShowBiz Expo is all about networking and building contacts. We highly encourage you to attend as many workshops, seminars, and networking opportunities as possible.

A Suggested Schedule to make the most of your day at ShowBiz Expo:

• Browse the Exhibitor Hall and meet different vendors that provide services/products you may need now or in the future (remember, it's about future contacts too!)
• Attend 2-3 Workshops/Seminars that interest you
• Attend 2-3 Networking Roundtables & Focus Groups where you can network w/ peers who work in the same field(s) as you.
• If you are a Musician, Filmmaker, and/or Designer - It is highly recommended that you showcase your portfolio w/ your business cards in one of our "Showcases" listed below.
• Check out the Project Board and learn about new Projects/Classes/Workshops/Products available to you.
• Browse through Headshot Lane if you are searching for new talent for one of your upcoming productions.
• In Los Angeles, be sure to check out the Film Festival and watch a selection of Short Films selected into our Film Festival. Here you can watch new Short Films and critique them using our comment cards to offer feedback to up-and-coming new filmmakers.
• And, of course, be sure to pick up a copy of the Attendee Directory so that you an network with your peers after the Expo is over!

It is strongly encouraged and recommended that you participate in the Roundtable Networking Areas & Focus Groups to privately network with other professionals in your field and other interests.

Attendees in a similar field get together to network and build business relationships. (i.e., All producers meet together, all directors meet together, etc). Roundtables are 30 minutes in duration.

FOCUS GROUPS ALL ACCESS PASS - $10
Discussion Focus Groups bring together particular professions and give you the opportunity to talk and discuss the Industry as a whole and the best ways to interact with one another. Learn from your peers in the Industry. These are open forum discussions led by a moderator to help build synergies between various professions in the Entertainment Industry. Focus Groups are 60 minutes in duration.

FILMMAKERS - MOVIE REEL SHOWCASE* - $150-250
Directors, Cinematographers, Post-Production & Producers/Production Companies - Showcase your movie/demo reel on your own video monitor during ShowBiz Expo. Your DVD video will play on its own monitor w/ your own private table during the day. Attract investors, production companies, studios, new business partners, etc. (Bring your DVD and business/promo cards with you and check-in at MOVIE SHOWCASE the day of the Expo. The Cyber Lounge has accessible computers and internet access so you can check your email during the day and never have to leave the Expo!
